I looked for this, with no success. I have looked for this before, and had no success.
It does not appear to be available on the Internet.
You should be aware that if there was a Woolworth's pizza sauce recipe on the web, it would
almost certainly not be from an individual store such as Denver. It would be a recipe from
the Woolworth's company recipe manual that was provided to all of the Woolworth's stores.
Any variation in such a dish from store to store would be at the local manager's option and
no one would know that recipe except former employees of that particular Woolworth's.
I'll post this for reader input.
