Chef Carlo Cappiello did not go out of business when he closed his Raleigh restaurant - he merely moved it to Morehead City.

I could not find Chef Carlo's "Easter bread" recipe. However, he used to have a blog, and at one time he posted the recipe on his blog. Unfortunately, the recipe has been taken down from there and the blog closed.

It does not appear that the Casa San Carlo recipe is on the web any longer. Fortunately, the type of Easter bread shown in his photo is a common Italian Easter Bread called "Pane di Pasqua", and there are recipes for it on the web.
